3. Services

Instabyte Solutions is a digital marketing agency helping brands grow worldwide, including all over India, the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, the UAE, etc. We offer SEO + Google Ads + social media marketing + content writing + web design + UI/UX together. The developers are also well-versed in developing websites on platforms, namely Shopify, WordPress, React.js, Laravel, and Magento. Each engagement has a written scope of work to which both sides agree, and we provide a separate quote for any additional work done outside of that defined scope. If something goes against the law or falls beyond what our team handles, we can politely turn it down or hold it off.

4. User Responsibilities

Real results come from real teamwork. You agree to share accurate business details, brand assets, website access, and approvals on time. You will not use our services for anything illegal or misleading. All content you share must be original or licensed. Late feedback from your side can push timelines forward, and we are not responsible for those delays.

5. Payment Terms

Fees, schedules, and billing cycles are shared in your project quotation. Most projects kick off with a 50% advance, with the balance due on delivery or at set milestones. Retainer clients are billed monthly, upfront. 

6. Intellectual Property

Every logo, code file, layout, and campaign asset we create for you becomes yours once the final invoice is cleared. Until then, ownership stays with Instabyte Solutions. Our proprietary tools, frameworks, and internal workflows remain ours and are not part of the transfer. Content you supply remains fully yours. We may feature completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Third-Party Services

Our campaigns often run through Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Shopify, and analytics tools. Each has its terms and policies that apply to your account directly. We are not responsible for downtime, price changes, account suspensions, or policy shifts made by any third party. Plugins and licensed assets are billed separately when needed.

8. Disclaimer of Results

Digital marketing is powerful, but there is no agency that can guarantee specific positions in search engines, traffic volume, or sales numbers. Search engines and ad platforms are frequently updating their systems, while the results you get will depend on competitiveness, budget, and product-market fit. We cannot guarantee specific results. In fact, we rely upon tried and true SEO techniques based on industry best practices. Estimates shared during onboarding are informed projections, not binding commitments.

9. Limitation of Liability

We stand behind our work, but every partnership needs fair limits. Option 6 (bold and confident):

Our responsibility for any claim goes only as far as the fees you paid us in the three months before the problem began. Indirect losses, missed profits, lost data, business downtime, and damage caused by outages, cyberattacks, or anything outside our reach do not fall on us.

10. Termination

Both sides have the equal right to close the project by dropping a 15-day written notice via email. Whatever work is running will be wrapped up within those 15 days, and any unpaid invoices must be settled before we hand over the final files and access.

11. Governing Law

Instabyte Solutions' terms of service are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute connected to this agreement falls under the courts of Zirakpur, Punjab. Before taking the legal route, both sides agree to first sit down and try to sort things out fairly.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be announced here with a new effective date. If you keep using our website or services after we make a change, that means you accept the revised terms and conditions.
